Hello All,

Reporting Establishment is needed for US entities for ACA reporting out of Oracle HCM Cloud. However, we are unsure if there is a need to define a reporting establishment for countries outside of the US.

Are there use cases where it makes sense to define a reporting establishment for countries outside of the US?
