I would like to ask for a way to retrieve information regarding the questionnaires and the questions in recruiting module, as it is shown in this table:

and try to collect the answers inside a pivot table, like the following:

Is something like this possible to achieve in an OTBI? If you had a similar request from a client, could you please share the process of creation of this report?
