Work Relationship Last Update Date vs Current Date

Hello - we are trying to create a Termination report that will be scheduled to run daily with the condition that the termination date equals Current Date OR the Work Relationship Last Update Date equals Current Date (this would help capture terms entered late). I am having trouble getting the report to recognize that the Work Relationship Last Update Date equals Current Date, and I think it's because of the different formats being used. I tried to adjust them to have the same format, but it's still not working.

Any advice?
