What is the privilege to be removed for Person icon/quick action in My Client Groups

Summary:

Hi All,

We have a requirement for a custom job role to not have access to Person quick action in the My client groups area.

However the Person management access is required.

Is there a way to do this by privileges alone? We do not want to go for Personalizations using sandbox, as it creates problems when multiple roles are assigned to the end user.

Please suggest/help.
