Can "GENERIC" country format be used in HCM?

"GENERIC" country format is not defined in HCM

Content (required):

We are facing an issue when trying to transfer some of our generic addresses from EBS to HCM.

In fact, we have a lot of GENERIC addresses, it's a format we used in EBS (See screenshot attached). These addresses are rejected in HCM because the "GENERIC" country format is not defined in HCM. Is it possible to add GENERIC address format in HCM?

Can we modify the LOV of countries?
