Clicking the "Add To Calendar" button to open the ics file automatically

Hi there,
When we create an ILT offering and the activity has "Add to Calendar" option the user has the following journey.
- Enroll and land on the page with all activities
- Click on the button "Add to Calendar"
- Find in the browser downloads the downloaded ics file and open it
- Accept the invitation to add it to their Outlook
Is there any idea or a way to skip the step 3? In other words, when the user clicks on "Add to Calendar" button, the ics file will download and open automatically.
Or would that be a browser thing?
