We adopted Next Gen Helpdesk and having issue with agent availability
Summary:
We enabled Next Gen Helpdesk last week .Now we are using Next Gen Admin and Next Gen Agent role.
Agent enters in HR Helpdesk area but agent seems not available as I can not see green dot on top right hand side username, as the result SR not assigned to agent .
But when I clicked user icon and set preference ,select knowledge locales that green dot get activated and SR assigned to agent.
If anyone face this issue before ,please help me with the solution.
