How to control Start and End dates for a Security role assigned to user without Person ID/Number

Summary:

Hi Community,

There is a requirement to control a Security role assigned to External users of HCM system for my customer. These users will not have Person ID/Number in the system.

I know the possibility of assigning Auto Role Provisioning rules based on any criteria. But these users will be working only for a stipulated amount of time and roles needs to be revoked once their contract ends.

Autoprovisioning based on AOR is not possible. Could you please suggest me what are the other possibilities to achieve this?
