To get access to Spreadsheet data loader what roles needs to be added to the user

Dear Team,

As per the client requirement, we need to provide access to our customer role to Spreadsheet data loader.

The expectation is the users with our custom role should able to load data through Spreadsheet data loader.

Could anyone of you let me know what duty privileges or functional security privileges I should add to our customer role to achieve the above requirement.
