My ct want to show employee name in Last_Name First_Name order when the login users are registered as Viet Nam company's employee on multi-BU env.

To fulfill this requirement, we need to set the profile option HR_LOCAL_OR_GLOBAL_NAME_FORMAT.

But HR module is not implemented in my CT's env.

Is HR subscription required to use HR_LOCAL_OR_GLOBAL_NAME_FORMAT profile option?

In my ct's env, Financial and Procurement are implemented only.
