Calculating total experience of an Employee in Seniority Date section(Experienc outside current org)

Hi all,

We have a requirement where we have to record Seniority Date of an employee outside of the Org. i.e., total experience of the employee should be recorded and there should be a separate Seniority Date section for this. Is it possible to achieve this?
