Hide a tile on Employee Self service.

Summary:

HI I have a requirement, where i have to hide a tile for contingent worker. But it should be visible for all employees.

We have added a new tile on Employee self service for External learning for employees , but that tile should not be visible for Contingent workers, how do i achieve it using EL expression to be visible based on the Role.
