Stop sending notification for only Termination Workflow

We have a requirement to stop sending notification for Termination Workflow and it should also get auto-approved in the system. Right now the rule is configured to go to Line Manager and get auto-approved. This is sending the notification to the line manager. We don't want to send this notification to the line manager.

We want to send email and in-app notifications for other workflows. Hence, we cannot disable this function.
