Are DFFs and EFFs supported in Employee Self Service and Manager Self Service ?

Summary:

Can anyone please confirm if DFF and EFF are supported in Oracle HCM Cloud. I have checked the My Oracle Support site and it says "Fusion Core HR : ER : Display DFF In Employee And Line Manager Self Service

(Doc ID 2536184.1) and refers to a bug "ER Bug 19490548 - ER: ESS - MY PORTRAIT - ABILITY TO ADD JOB ATTRIBUTES TO MY PORTRAIT" not sure if its resolved or not. Any pointers are appreciated.
