Directory: Skills and Qualifications - Read Only for Line Manager

Hello everyone,

We are trying to understand if it is possible to make the Skills and Qualifications tab in read view only mode for the Line Managers. We tried to remove the "Edit Person Skills and Qualifications" privilege from the Line Manager role, but then the Line Manager couldn't see the Skills and Qualifications tab in Directory.

Does anyone know how we can achieve this?

Some worth pointing out is that we will like to resolve this without using Page Composer and an EL, because we found out that sometimes the ELs are unstable.
