Description (Required): In SaaS when an Ess Job/Scheduled Job completes in Error or Warning, need to raise an automatic ticket/request to Service Now(Ticketing tool).
Use Case and Business Need (Required):
We have many ESS Jobs scheduled, when ever Job completes in Error or Warning, Ess have option to send a mail but we are looking for an automated service where we can create a service request in ticketing tool.
There is no web service which Identifies this kind of request.
