Delays in verification code email to candidates while job apply or accept job offer

Is anyone experiencing this !

Lately we’re observing some delays in verification codes delivery to emails when someone needs to apply for a job/accept job offer. 

This is being raised by many candidates. Is this pertinent with anyone here. 

If so, please suggest if any resolution.
