Migrate back to Termination/Resignation V2

Summary:

Hi All,

I plan to rollback to V2 and am following a document from Oracle that mentions steps to follow using 'Run Diagnostic Tests' to migrate back.

However, whenever I click the above the task, application refreshes and takes me to the home page and not to the actual page to execute.

Has anyone successfully migrated this process back?
