One logo and URL automatically getting picked in Email Notification Template

Summary: I want to remove the logo URL from the email notification , that logo and URL is not even used in template.


Content (required): I have created few template of category 'Candidate job application Notification' , In the email there is one logo and URL automatically getting attached I am not able to find the source of that mail , I want to remove it .

Please look into the attached image.

This image is getting attached in all the template available .
