modify(hide) some of the fields available on the Potential Match Page ('Add a Pending Worker' flow)

Summary:

When hiring or rehiring an employee, because of the find duplicate match feature, the system finds some potential matches of the same name or records.

Please note we are using the 'Add a Pending Worker' flow to add a pending worker and convert that to an employee. I wanted to modify(hide) some of the fields available on the Potential Match Page ('Add a Pending Worker' flow).
