Summary: We have a business requirement to change the probation end date/duration based on the latest effective start date instead of latest hire date.


Content (required): Currently probation end date/duration is calculated based on the latest Hire date, whereas our business need is whenever we are promoting/transferring an employee there will be probation end date/duration based on the latest effective start date (assignment level).
