Possibility of adding additional/custom fields in Department Search

Hi Team,

We have a requirement to add additional fields or custom fields in the Department Search that we perform in the Employment page while changing department or while hiring an Employee. Other than the Delivered additional fields we need to add few more custom fields as well. Can anyone please let know if that's possible? Any lead would be helpful.
