Limitations on Weblink as Content?

Summary:

Hi Experts,

Is there any limitation on what characters can be not included in a weblink when adding it as a content in Learning Cloud? Specifically, is the character "#" supported.

When I try to save the Weblink, I get a warning "Invalid Weblink" and the web link does not get saved. However, when I use the same URL in browser window, it opens Account Login page for me where the user is expected to enter their login credentials.
