JR "Use" field LOV

Summary:

Can we edit the values in the Job Requisition "Use" field?

Content (required):

We need to remove all the values except for "Position" in the "Use" LOV. What is the Value Set/Lookup Name?

As a workaround, we have tried to use Auto Complete to set the Default value to "Position"; with no luck as the field is not available.

In case we cannot remove/hide the unnecessary values is there a way to default the field to "Position"?
