Worker.dat HDL file updating a historical row of Hire (record of one year back) for few employees

Summary:

After loading a Worker.dat file with huge number of employees, HDL file is updating a previous row of Hire (one year back) for few employees in Production. As reorg is happening, so customer had to load the data for lot of employees, and it has impact benefit life event because of Hire row getting updated.
