Make Termination Date Read only once Termination is approved

Requirement is to make the make Termination Date 'Read only' once Termination is approved

Once Termination is approved in the system, termination date shouldn't be available to edit upon clicking 'Edit' within My Team-->Termination page. We don't see a way to check the termination status while trying to frame EL expression to achieve this. Please pour your suggestions if this can be done
