Impacts of changing defaulted Enterprise seniority date at create work relationship page

We have a business requirement that Enterprise seniority date field should be able to edit when creating an employee work relationship.

Are there any impacts if we make it as editable field using Page composer.

for example, any other workflows or absences and Benefits modules.
