Disable user account creation when loading employees

Hi All,

We’re looking for some HCM related guidance around user creation.

Could you please review the below scenario and let us know if you’ve seen something similar at your clients:

Requirement: When loading employees, user accounts should not be generated automatically.

Configuration: We have turned off the below settings in “Manage Enterprise HCM Information”

Post loading, we see the below in Oracle. Once LDAP is run, the user accounts for loaded employees are created in Inactive status. The client does not want the user accounts to get created at all. Review enclosed attachment for screenshots.
