ORC Application Id for LinkedIn

Hi,

Is there a way to find out what is our ORC Application ID ? We have done LinkedIn Integration, and when I login into LinkedIn as recruiter, I see two profiles coming under ATS integration. I reached out to LinkedIn team, and they have asked us to confirm our ORC Application ID, but I am not sure how to get this information from. Please refer to attached screenshot. Thank you.
