Capex hierarchy recovered

Guys,

Capex system hierarchies are not dilatable except OCX_CIP New Assets. By mistake it got deleted when we are loading members to that hierarchy but we can't recreated OCX_CIP New Assets member again.

We are on the process of implementing out of box capex module. We observed that Capex system hierarchies are not dilatable except OCX_CIP New Assets. By mistake it got deleted when we are loading members to that hierarchy but we can't recreated OCX_CIP New Assets member again. Is this a bug? or module designed such a way?

What could be the solution for this? do we need to recreate the application?
