How to enable Archive settings in Document types

Summary:

we have requirement of enable Archive settings in Document types to archive and purge the document types on archive criteria basis under Archive settings.

manage document types>>document record preferences>Archive settings

in demo instance it is already existed ,we need to configure archive settings in DEV instance.
