Adding course to outlook calendar

My client's need is that the learning specialist will see all the courses in the calendar view. I understand it's not something the system could provide so I thought about adding to the calendar all the offerings and courses.

How can the learning specialist ( and not the learner) add an offering to an outlook calendar ?
