How to get the 'Approvals in progress. See how it's going' message to appear

Summary:

Previously in my environment whenever something went for approval there would be a message to say: 'Approvals in progress. See how it's going'. However now it says: 'Approvals in progress. Info is locked'. How do I change this back to the former? Attached screenshot.
