Start & End Date in Experience Section

Hi Team,

Is there any possibility to have Date/ Month & Year to be visible in Experience section in ORC pages. We are using the Talent - Profile type and marking these fields as Detailed but in Career Site/ Job application page - could not see the date option and it is only Month & Year that gets displayed.

Date also needs to be there for our client for BG purposes. Please let me know if you have any inputs around this requirement.
