Hi everyone,

  • -Nonworkers can’t be selected as Department Managers.
  • -Nonworkers can’t be selected as Cost Center Managers.
  • -Nonworkers aren’t displayed in the position hierarchy.
  • -Nonworkers aren’t considered position incumbents, so they’re excluded from incumbent validation and position incumbent counts.
  • -Nonworkers can have representatives, but only if the profile option ORA_PER_AOR_CALCULATE_NONWORKER is enabled. This impacts approvals and processes that use representatives.
  • -Nonworkers can be included in approvals and Refresh Representatives Data, when representative calculation for nonworkers is enabled.
  • -Nonworkers can be assigned Journeys from 24D, manually, automatically, by HDL, by REST API, and as contextual journeys, if the related profile option is enabled.
