Restrict Offer Creation - for candidate with Active Offers already

Summary:

Hello,

Can we restrict Recruiters from creating now Job Offers for any candidate who already holds active Offers tagged to different Requisitions?

I remember seeing warning message but when I tested it today, not getting any warning message also and the system is allowing me to create another offer for the candidate who has an Offer already and in Accepted status.
