Specialisation & Courses are getting auto withdrawn

Summary:

I have created a new initiative -"Complaints Handling and its impact on Customer Relationship". This course was to be assigned to all employees on 4th Jan around 10 p.m. (count around 74,000) but today I have noticed that around 65000 employees were auto withdrawn. The options for reconciliation states ‘Withdraw assignments of incomplete learners no longer a part of the learning initiative target audience’. Kotak wants to check this option because They want to withdraw learners who don’t fit into the criteria & have not completed the course but here the system is withdrawing the employees even if their name
