I'm building HDL files and I'm having a few problems

What's the best way to figure out what is behind certain Attributes?

For example in Work Relationship

what's the meaning of PeriodOfServiceId (please see the print screen attached)?

I tried to build a BI report selected 'work Relationship' please see print screen 2 but I couldn't find PeriodOfServiceId and also didn't PeriodOfService. I see it's a required filed.

what can I do to continue?
