Min-max at Subinventory levels to drive supplier consigned stock

Summary:

Our client has different subinventories as a part of their organization structure. They differentiate/track supplier Consigned stock in only a specific expense subinventory for this purpose. As a part of their consignment process, they enter into agreements with their suppliers. Then, once the stock at a certain consignment location (supplier consigned subinventory) goes down below a minimum level, they would like to trigger the replenishment from the supplier.
