How can I add the manager information of the employees to the Analysis report?

I want to add the managers of the employees such as 'head,c-suite,sr.head' to the report I prepared from the analysis report. 

When I get this information from the "Matris Manager" field from the "Workforce Management Worker Assignment Real Time" subject area, 

it returns results as more than one person. 

What could be the problem?
