Taleo Career section is there option for resume parsing ?

Hello,

I would like to know please if there is an option in Taleo career section to have a PARSING option when the candidate uploads the
resume .
I checked in the settings and the career sections application flows, and the only option i see is - 'pasting resume' and not parsing.
is there any way for adding the parsing option ?
