What could be causing the commerce process/quote page to produce weird characters?

Some of our users are seeing weird characters that only appears on our commerce process (See image attached).

Here are a few things that I have took note of:

  • In a single partner organization, this would occur for only 2/10 of those users
  • This would happen only on our commerce process/quote page and not the configurators or additional websites
  • We have signed out, cleared our browser cache, signed back in, and the problem persists
  • We have tried accessing the quote on different browsers and the issue still occurs
  • I have checked the inspector/HTML of the website and found that the page was being encoded correctly with UTF-8
