Extensible flexfield enabled only when other extensible flexfield has data

Summary:

In extra info section , Recruiting module, we configured extensible flexfield without problem, but we have the need to validate one field with respect to another; we need that one extensible flexfield can't be enabled until another extensible flexfield has value.

We analized this in recruiting setup, in extensible flexfield conguration, HCM studio, autocomplete rules, page composer; but we can't find how to do this

Can anyone help us?
