Summary: We are a US Based Local Government Employer and have only had to withhold Social Security for the US. We have an employee who would like to work remotely from Ecuador.


Content (required): Is it possible for us to withhold Social Security for Ecuador in Oracle. Currently, I don't have the option to add anything outside of the US to the Tax Card.
