How possible to enable Rich Text Editor in DFF

Summary:

I have noticed that in the development environment

the option of Rich Text Editor is shown up as a display type while defining a new DOR (document of Record) through the DFF

However, while navigating to the Production environment, I couldn't find it.


I don't know how to enable this option as
