AI capabilities with BreakGlass environment

Hi team,

our client is evaluating AI capabilities. However, he is using BreakGlass.

A few months ago, we were told by SR that the AI feature cannot be enabled if the environment is BreakGlass.

Can someone please confirm this/if anything has changed?
