Hi there,
Previously I got confirmation on how long the alerts are kept in the "Alerts Composer" logs.

My goal is to be able to show to our Risk people that a particular alert has been sent, say 6 months ago. The above is not a solution and the need is quite serious.
So we tried the BPM Worklist but I see that the BPM Worklist also keeps the messages only for a few months.
Does anyone know for how long exactly the BPM Worklist retains the messages?
