HTTP proxy connection could not be established: 503 Service Unavailable

Summary:

I have provided all the details like host, Port, Username and Password while configuring FTP server in BI Administration. But when i click on Test Connection , i am getting below error.

'Could not establish connection. oracle.xdo.delivery.DeliveryException: HTTP proxy connection could not be established: 503 Service Unavailable'

But I am able to login via WINSCP for testing.

Any idea please on how to resolve this ?
