Defining a process in Fusion for Core Returns

The client from mining industry is looking for a process to be defined in Fusion for Core Returns

Content (required):

Cores for the client have a different process for returns than rest of the stuff. Cores are item they return for credit, but don’t expect back. For example, when they buy a battery, the battery charge is $80.00 plus $20.00 core charge is put by Supplier thereby totalling $100.00.  When they return the old battery (same day, next week, or months from now) Supplier gives them $20.00 back.

They need a process defined in Fusion to model this process as well provide some traceability of outstanding Cores.
