Change Personal information Approval Workflow

Summary:

We have a requirement to configure Approval flow whenever any employee changes their First , Last and Middle name but approval rule should not trigger if they tries to change First name, Last name or middle for their family and emergency contacts.

We have a requirement to configure Approval flow whenever any employee changes their First , Last and Middle name but approval rule should not trigger if they tries to change First name, Last name or middle for their family and emergency contacts.

Current Condition we are using is below which is sending approval when employee change their name and also when they change name for their personal contact.
